At Davis Plumbing & Heating we are able to fabricate most sheet metal items to your specifications.  Here are a few of the customized fabrications we offer:

We use high quality sheet metal ranging from 24 to 30 gauge, depending on what the need is for your particular job.  The majority of our sheet metal work is duct work for heating and air conditioning systems, but there are still many other fabrication projects that we do in our shop.

We have an extensive sheet metal fabrication shop. With our in house design team and computer software, we are able to fabricate most items. If installation is needed, we have trained sheet metal installers available.

In new construction homes are being built utilizing all space. Custom fit duct may be the only thing that fits. We are able to do that along with duct tees, wyes, elbows of any radius and even square to round fittings. If you need the fittings insulated, Davis Plumbing & Heating can do that also. For those easier jobs we have prefabricated duct and fittings manufactured by Southwark and ZIPP’ R and Atco flexible duct.

To complete the job, registers, grills and diffusers manufactured by Hart & Cooley, Lima and AmeriFlow compliment our system.
